After the successful operation of Mutual Funds, Siddhartha Capital Limited has ventured into Merchant Banking businesses for which it has been awarded the license from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).

 

Siddhartha Capital Limited has also gained the status of Depository Participant as per the CDS Regulation 2010 and is a market leader in providing the services.

 

Siddhartha Capital Limited has been successfully operating merchant banking services like Issue Management, Underwriting, Registrar to Shares and Depository Participant.

Issue Management

SCL offers services to corporate clients that wish to generate funds by making public offering of their stocks, bonds and debentures in the primary market. We assist and ensure that those services are endowed with optimum quality and precision at reasonable and affordable prices.

Depository Participant (DP)

SCL has been providing DP services since it acquired the status of Depository Participant as per the CDS Regulation 2010 and is a market leader in providing the services with operation of more than 110,000 Beneficiary Ownership (BO) accounts.

Underwriting

As an underwriter, SCL assists corporate clients in the issuance of new securities in the market with the assurance of subscribing the shares offered to the general public. We will help meet regulatory requirements such as depositing fees, and publishing necessary information.

Registrar to the Shares (RTS)

Designed for investors who are risk averse and prioritize risk minimization over return maximization. The investment will have a combination of fixed income securities, value stocks and a minimal portion into growth stocks.
