Siddhartha Bank Limited is the Fund Sponsor of Siddhartha Mutual Fund. According to the Mutual Fund Regulation, 2010, a commercial bank which has obtained "A" class license from the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) can be the sponsor of mutual fund. The fund sponsor is required to register the mutual fund at Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
Siddhartha Bank Limited has registered Siddhartha Mutual Fund at SEBON under the Mutual Fund Regulation, 2010.
